This villa on the ground fllor within the green spaces of the Port Nature.
It is suitable for 2-4 persons.
There is a fixed double bed in the combined bedsitting room. This is separated from the livingroom by a partition. This sleeping area has a window so that is possible to air the room.
In the livingroom there is a nice corner seating unit with a large glass table and 2 comfortable chairs as well as a comfortable click-clack sofa.
The villa is equipped with a satellite TV, a stereo system and a safe, which can be rented against a small fee.
The new kitchen is completely equipped and there is also a microwave.
The bathroom which has been renovated recently has a shower and is in a separate room.
On the terrace there is a garden table and chairs, a sunbed and a sunshade, the terrace is directed to the west side.
Total floor space approx. 53 square metres.
Distance to the beach approx. 80 metres.
Rental Conditions:
in general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.) until Saturday (departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
