A large, prettily equipped apartment in the Heliopolis, section E, on the second floor, outer circle.
The apartment is right for 2-4 persons. There is a double bed in the combined bedsitting room and two bunk beds in the anteroom, which can be separated from the living area by a door.
Opposite the bunk beds there are the bathroom and the separate toilet. The bathroom has been retiled recently, there is a bath tub (with shower curtain), a washbasin and a large mirror.
Beside the double bed, the bedsitting room has a livingroom suite, a sofa, a glass-fronted cabinet, a wardrobe and the functionally-equipped kitchen.
There are a satellite TV and a small stereo system.
The apartment has a safe, which can be rented.
The balcony, which has been equipped with a table and chairs, is directed to the south with view to the hinterland and the building Port Nature. A sunblind offers shadow, and there are electric shutters also.
The beach is only 100 away.
Rental Conditions:
in general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.) until Saturday (departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
