This apartment can be found in the Heliopolis, section FGH, on the first floor.
Via an anteroom, where you can find two bunk beds, you get into the combined bedsitting room.
In the bedsitting room, there is a small kitchenette, which is completely equipped for self-sufficiency (incl. microwave).
Furthermore, there is a fixed double bed as well as a satellite TV and a small stereo system.
For the accommodation type HP 4 this apartment is relatively large. It has a floor space of approx. 30 square metres and a terrace of approx. 15 square metres.
It has a very large terrace from which the owner has separated a part for a veranda and consequently for a further living room.
This additional room has been equipped with a click-clack sofa and a livingroom suite.
Terrace is in south-east location.
Rental Conditions:
in general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.) until Saturday (departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
