This is a very well-kept and personally equipped villa within the gardens of the Port Nature. The small terraced house can be found in a central and very quiet area. It has a very large terrace (40 square metres) facing south. This has been very comfortable equipped with terrace furniture and beach sunbeds. The ground villa is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. There is a double bed in the combined bedsitting room and two bunk beds for children in the walk-through room between kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom with shower and the toilet are separated. In the living area, there is a corner seating unit. The small kitchen is completely equipped. For ventilation of the villa there is a grille in front of the kitchen, so that it is possible to keep the sliding door open at night during the summer season. The distance to the beach is about 100 metres.Smoking is not allowed in the villa!
Rental Conditions:
in general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.) until Saturday (departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
