This villa offers one of the biggest apartments of our range! The villa is located in the green spaces of Port Nature. It has two floors and is equipped in modern standard for up to 2 adults and 1-3 children. Via the terrace you can enter the ground floor of the villa where you will find a kitchen and a dining area. Moreover, the ground floor is equipped with a bathroom with shower and bathroom cabinet, as well as with the toilet in a separate room. The ground floor has two sleeping rooms. One sleeping room has two bunk beds and the other a single bed under which you can pull out a further one. Both sleeping rooms have respectively one large wardrobe and a door to the terrace. This terrace is directed to the south. A fireplace built of stone is inviting for having a barbecue. You can get to the upper floor via the stairs beside the kitchen. Here you can find a large room with a comfortable double-bed. From this bedsitting room you can get to the very spacious roof terrace from where you will have a nice sea view. This terrace is also directed to the south. The villa is located in the first row at the beach, which is only 10 metres away.
Rental Conditions:
in general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.) until Saturday (departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
