This is a villa within the green spaces of Heliovillage. This villa is suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. In the living area there is a sofa corner and a kitchen. From the living room you enter the veranda, furnished with a dining table and chairs. A separate bedroom offers sleeping places for two persons. There you can find a double bed and a large wardrobe. In the bedroom there is a door to the outside, provided with a grille, providing for airing at night as well. Via wooden staircases you get on a mezzanine floor, furnished with a further double bed (1.4 m width) for 1-2 persons. There is a window as well. Between the living area and the bedroom there is the corridor with cupboards. From there you get into the bathroom with shower and the separate toilet. The villa has a south terrace with a little garden. The distance to the beach is approx. 200 m.
Rental Conditions:
in general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.) until Saturday (departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
