This is a completely renovated, new furnished, luxury ground-floor villa within the green spaces of Port Nature. The villa is located in a quiet area, in the second row at the beach. It is suitable for two persons. In the living area there is a comfortable large sofa, a couch table and a dining table with two bar chairs. The sleeping area, separated from the living area by means of a curtain, has a very comfortable bed with 1.40 m width and a cupboard with a lot of storage space. The high-quality kitchen is completely furnished with a large refrigerator and freezer, ceran stove with four plates, oven and microwave. In the bathroom, the guest will find a shower and a washing basin, the toilet is in the room next door. This villa has any comfort making the stay extremely comfortable: SAT-TV in German, English and French, DVD-player, stereo system with CD-player, air condition. Guests of this villa may use the washing machine and a little safe free of charge as well. The tiled terrace is facing South-West, so you can enjoy the sun from noon until evening. The terrace has been furnished with garden chairs and a sunbed. A sunblind offers pleasant shadow. The distance to the beach is only approx. 60 metres.
Rental Conditions:
in general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.) until Saturday (departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
