This apartment can be found on the ground floor of the Heliopolis residence in the building stage A. It is located directly nearby the beach which is approx. 30 metres away. It has been equipped for 1-2 persons. Via a large terrace in the outer circle of the building you can get into the apartment in the combined bedsitting room. Here you can find a small kitchenette , a dining table and chairs and a fixed double bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. A garage borders on the apartment and can be separated from the apartment by a lockable interconnecting door. This garage can be rented, but it is not absolutely necessary. The apartment is quietly situated in a traffic-free area.
Rental Conditions:
in general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.) until Saturday (departure until 10 am).
During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
