Desctiption of Accommodation An apartment in the Heliopolis, section E, on the ground floor, outer circle. The apartment is equipped for 2 adults and 2 children. In the combined bedsitting room there are a double bed and two bunk beds in the anteroom. Opposite the bunk beds there are the bathroom and the separate toilet. Beside the double bed, the bedsitting room has a click-clack sofa and the kitchen. The terrace, with a small front garden, is directed to the south, The beach is approx. 100 metres away. A garage borders on the apartment, which is separated from the apartment by a lockable interconnecting door. This garage can be rented, but it is not absolutely necessary. There is also a washing machine. However, it is in the garage and therefore can only be used if the garage has been rented also. Rental Conditions: in general we rent from Saturday (arrival between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.) until Saturday (departure until 10 am). During the pre-season (April/May) and post season (as of September) it is possible to rent individual days, but at least 3 nights!
